  • We conduct an in depth review of your personal history, routines, and current concerns. By gaining a full understanding of your situation, whether it involves depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, or stress related challenges, we focus on treating the whole person, not just symptoms.

  • We partner with trusted laboratory facilities to help identify factors that may be influencing your overall health and mental wellness. When clinically appropriate, your provider may recommend advanced testing to evaluate areas such as nutrition, inflammation, hormones, or gut related health patterns.

    These labs are optional and are used to support personalized care planning. Insurance coverage varies, and some testing may be self pay.

  • After each visit, we focus on reviewing your progress, adjusting medications when appropriate, and supporting your overall treatment plan. Depending on your needs, sessions may include discussion of lifestyle factors, therapy collaboration, or integrative strategies that complement your psychiatric care.

    Follow up appointments are designed to feel supportive, personalized, and paced in a way that allows meaningful progress while staying grounded in evidence based treatment.

  • The Urban Flora Reset Series is offered as a structured, bundled care pathway and is separate from traditional insurance-based psychiatric visits. These programs are cash-pay and not submitted to insurance, as they extend beyond standard medication management services.
