Cancellation Policy

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations, late cancellations may incur a fee of  $50. If you are a no show for your appointment, you will be responsible for 100% of the fee of that appointment. The best way to cancel your appointment is to do so through the patient portal or by calling the office.

Please call the office at any time at (843) 410-5386 or send an email at info@urbanflorapsychiatry.com. If you are unable to reach us, please leave a message. We will return the call when time allows. If you do not hear back, please call again to confirm that the appointment has been rescheduled.
